Professional Intercultural Train The Trainer Course

My experiences in the Intercultural Business Trainer Programme (IBT/M): Manije Khabirpour
Just after having completed the certification process which allows me to call myself now a "certified intercultural business trainer and moderator" ( I already did trainings for a couple of years already), I would like to share some thoughts and comments about IBT/M.
The goals and statements which I could read about in the brochure or on the website were definitely all fulfilled. From the very beginning I felt, that the course was a product of a well thought through and very carefully planned process. My personal goal was to develop my skills and knowledge regarding intercultural training design, to gain deeper theoretical insight as well as getting new ideas regarding exercises, simulations and various activities, which are useful in a training. I very much appreciated the fact, that every module throughout the training had a very clear structure, well defined objective and offered a balance between theoretical input and experimental parts.
All the questions which arose in the course of the 4 modules, were answered in a way, which showed the deep knowledge and personal professional experiences of the trainers. This assured me that I am in the right course! Also personal issues of participants were always handled in a caring and yet professional way.
What was obvious from the very first day was the engagement the trainers had for this course. To me, this attitude served as a raw model .We do not just deliver a training - it is us as trainers, as persons who talk to the participants, who encourage them, who inspire them , who create a safe setting, where honest and constructive feed back can be given and accepted - all done with the objective to create opportunities for the participants to develop and / deepen their skills and knowledge.
I can recommend this training course for everyone, who has a basic knowledge and experience in the area of (intercultural )training and would like to excel and become an even more qualified trainer.
