Dresden, 09/12/2013 – Feedbackstr is setting further standards in online customer surveying with its new, effective functions. Functional enhancements were made to the feedback tool, giving customers even more opportunities in the construction, configuration, and evaluation of their surveys. Let the new and improved question types and the optimized existing functions convince you in the field. All of these new innovations have been designed in a user-friendly way, ensuring that clients can internalize and practically apply the new functions quickly.

A new type of question – The rating question

The rating question is one of the new features of the tool, and makes it possible to gather feedback on a rating scale. If you're interested in your customer's opinion on a specific area, such as the friendliness of your staff, the corresponding question could be: “How satisfied are you with the friendliness of our staff?” This type of question is used by those aiming to receive a reliable assessment of their customers' perception. The possible answer options are sorted in ascending order on the rating scale. Both even and odd numbers are useable. The steps on the scale go from 0 to 10 and can be selected and set as seen fit by the survey creator. The creator can choose to define the question verbally (from very good to very poor), numerically (e.g. 1-5), or with the use of symbols. The client is able to phrase questions as determined fit, therefore making it easy to gather selective information that really matters.

Optimization of existing functions

Users have the possibility to enter their contact details in most surveys. Feedbackstr provides a large assortment of contact fields, including all default fields such as: first name, surname, postal address, and email address. In addition to such standards, the use of user-defined fields has been made possible. The designation and amount of fields that can be made is unrestricted, ensuring for the unimpeded gathering of further selective information, such as customer ID, financial ratio, or the number of an exhibition stand.
Moreover, the review page used for publicizing gathered feedback has been functionally improved. A new feature makes it possible to react to individual customer comments, enabling you to answer any open questions or opinions. Another further innovation is the new export function. As of now, it is possible to export a stored survey as a PDF, making it easy to print and alternatively use as paper a survey. Answers gathered through paper surveys can, depending on when the survey is undertaken, be entered and maintained in the survey tool. The Feedbackstr team is constantly developing features for the survey preparation process based on customer feedback.
