Email Delays? – No More! - Opolis provides Instant Emails!
Datum: Dienstag, dem 05. Oktober 2010
Thema: Rom Infos

Who has not been in this situation: During a phone conversation your opposite caller wants to quickly send you an Email with an attachment. You are asked “Have you got it?” and check your inbox: Nothing there. After a minute on the phone, the same question, and still nothing in the inbox. This game repeats for 10 minutes. You end the call and after 20 minutes you “finally” receive the announced Email … if you are lucky.

Even Wikipedia argues of “(the) importance (…) that online chat and instant messaging differs from other technologies such as e-mail due to the perceived synchronicity of the communications by the users –chat happens in real-time”. Well, then also the Wikipedia community has not yet taken a closer look at Opolis, where Emails are instantly – without delay – available for the recipient, and this service is also for free.

Opolis Secure Mail (http://www.opolis.eu) was launched to provide a high-security email and messaging service solution. Whilst functioning like email, various security and safety features are embedded in a free service which operates from any host PC all over the world.

With Opolis, all messages and attached documents, such as photos, are in their entire chain sender-to-recipient encrypted and can therefore not be read or accessed by any unauthorized individual. In addition, before sending a message, the sender decides whether the recipient may copy, print, respond to or forward a message or not. Hence, information leaks can simply been prevented in that the sender forbids that a message may be printed, forwarded or copied. This feature also extends to all text and photo attachments.

The Opolis monitoring functions put the sender in a position that the sent message can be tracked in its further trail. Hence, if for example forwarding were allowed, then the sender will see when and to whom a message was forwarded and how it was further processed.

Opolis is for free and merely requires that both, the sender and the recipient are Opolis users. The registration process takes approximately 5 minutes.
